We practice making decisions and taking action from this place until it becomes steady and second nature.
For some clients, the six-session accelerator is enough to create a meaningful internal shift.
Others choose a six-month 1:1 coaching engagement to deepen and embody this way of operating over time.
In both containers, we work beneath visible behaviors — at the level of identity and embodiment — so change holds when pressure returns.
