This is a structured 12-week flagship immersion for leaders ready to transform how they lead from the inside out. Grounded in the three pillars of the Quiet Leadership Framework: Vision, Self-Image, and Aligned Expression. This journey goes beyond short-term clarity to reshape the way you think, act, and show up every day.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll have the structure and support to:

- Anchor daily practices so aligned leadership becomes second nature.
- Integrate everything with coaching support, so your new way of leading sticks long after the program ends.

About Me

I know what it’s like to have it all on paper — and still feel like you’re running on empty.For years, I was a technology leader, building and scaling multi-million dollar programs from the ground up. I thrived on the 0-to-1 challenge of creating something from nothing. But instead of celebrating my accomplishments, I found myself burned out and misaligned—the more I built externally, the emptier I felt inside.That turning point led me on a journey of transformation: from burnout to purpose, from overdoing to aligned leading. Along the way, I distilled everything I learned into the Quiet Leadership Framework: Vision, Self-Image, and Aligned Expression.Today, as an ICF-credentialed coach, my mission is to help women in tech connect with the quiet leader within—so you can access your greatest strategic advantage: inner alignment. How is this different from corporate coaching or training?
Most corporate programs work from the outside in, adding more tools or frameworks. This work starts from the inside out, helping you upgrade your inner operating system so alignment becomes second nature. Instead of more theory, you’ll actually use what you already know. This isn’t another box to check.

What is the real time commitment?
Both coaching paths are designed for women who are already balancing full plates.

Aligned Accelerator → Six private sessions, typically every 2 weeks. Beyond the 60-minute calls, you’ll have light reflections or practices to weave into daily life.
Aligned in Practice → A 12-week immersion with six coaching sessions (every other week) plus a short weekly curriculum. The readings and reflection prompts take less than 30 minutes, and the real “work” is applying small shifts in your day-to-day leadership.
This isn’t about adding hours to your schedule; it’s about creating meaningful change through consistent, doable practices.

Can my company pay for this?
Yes. Many clients use professional development funds or coaching stipends to cover the investment. I can provide an invoice or documentation if needed.
